The room had a comfortable bed, a telephone, and an iron. the hotel is located in a decent area within a short walk to safe places, shopping stores, and restaurants. - This was my second visit here, and I had a good experience both times.

Surly front desk staff. Non smoking room smelled of smoke. The moved us, but charged us more to get a non smelling room.

The room was neat with double beds, with essentials required. Really helpful and very very helpful staff who cared about me...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

I recently stayed at Red Carpet in Norwalk for a week and was pleasantly surprised. The location was convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The front desk staff was polite and accommodating. The price was reasonable and the staff was always nice and supportive. I love staying here.

a bit disappoint on the breakfasts, quite heavy snow during stay, but no one came to clean the ground and park.

Close to good family restaurant. King size beds microwave and fridge in room. easy to reach off I95.

Non-smoking room had smell of smoke. Pillow case did not look fresh. Back of bathroom door not painted. Corners not clean. Repairs to wall not complete.

REally it was a stop off of the highway for a road trip. It was clean, they were polite and it was reasonablely priced.

Only problem, my bathroom needed some repairs. The water for the shower was really hard to adjust.

The hotel staff was helpful. the venue was near restaurants, stores, the Westport train station, and a movie theater. - Lucky that it was within a close distance from Five Guys, offering food to go.

First of all, the reception, especially the old man, was non respectable . He is an uncooperative person as well as he was unprofessional. Also, there was not respectable for our requests beside that he was (with my respect) so rude not just with my friend and me, also with other people who booked in this miserable place. Actually, my reputation in this place is destroyed . And I can tell that I will never ever go to that place even if it becomes free or 1 cent per day. Finally, I will try to explain my experience at that place to my friends on many Forums and Twitter to avoid any bad experience to them in the future. To sum up, some hotels usually make a survey to get the costumers' notes and they try to modify and improve their services as well as to reflect a good work; however, the others make it just for prestige .

Great and exceptionally nice location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. And there was Five Guys with short-orders right by the venue, super convenient.
